“How do you feel?“ The rarely asked question in our society, which goes deeper than the usual questions, is the reason Mind Awareness Foundation is here. Having never been asked that question and many like me, we started this non-profit organization where our focus is mental well-being and everything associated with it.
This question not only breaks down the walls of the one being asked but also puts the inquirer in a vulnerable position which brings about a true deep transformative conversation.
